Welcome to MUSE Press-On Nails (“MUSE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Pennsylvania-based business. By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Products

MUSE offers handmade press-on nails and related nail products. Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, placement, shape, or other details may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately; however, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and your device or screen settings.

2. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size and shape before ordering. Please carefully follow our sizing guide.

MUSE is not responsible for incorrect sizing caused by inaccurate customer measurements or selection of the wrong size.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Once an order has entered processing or production, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

4. Handmade & Custom Products

Due to the handmade nature of MUSE products, processing times may vary.

For personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order nail sets, production may begin shortly after your order is placed. Custom products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has started, except where required by law.

5. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

MUSE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist when reasonably possible.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Because press-on nails are personal-use beauty products and certain sets may be handmade or customized, some products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, worn, altered, or customized, except where required by applicable law.

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can review the issue.

7. Application, Wear & Removal

Wear time varies depending on application method, preparation, lifestyle, nail condition, and individual use. Any stated wear time is an estimate and is not guaranteed for every customer.

Customers should follow the application and removal instructions provided by MUSE. Improper application or removal may damage the press-on nails or natural nails.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Nail glue, remover, and other nail products should be used according to their product instructions and kept away from children.

8. Intellectual Property

All MUSE branding, logos, original photographs, graphics, product descriptions, packaging designs, and original nail designs displayed on our website or social media are owned by or licensed to MUSE where applicable.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, gifts, bundles, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

MUSE reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions, subject to applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MUSE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will become effective when the revised Terms are posted on our website, unless otherwise required by law.
