Custom Orders — Made Just for You 🤍

1. Submit your request.

Complete our form with inspiration photos, nail size, shape, length, preferred colors, and any special requests.

Submitting a form does not confirm an order.

2. Review your proposal.

MUSE will email the proposed nail colors for your approval.

If we expect any material differences from your inspiration photo, we will explain them and may include an alternative design reference or preview.

When we are confident we can closely recreate your design, no separate design preview is necessary. Your submitted inspiration remains the reference for the approved design.

3. Reply within 24 hours.

Please confirm the proposed colors and any disclosed adjustments, or ask questions.

If you do not respond within 24 hours, your request may be put on hold or moved to a later production batch.

Silence is not approval.

4. Pay after approval.

Your order is confirmed only when both you and MUSE agree on the final specifications and payment is completed.

5. Processing and shipping.

Custom processing typically takes approximately 2 weeks from confirmation and payment, including production and logistics.

Weekly batching is included in this estimate and does not restart it.

U.S. standard transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–5 business days.

No second design approval is required after production.

6. Planning for an event?

We recommend requesting your custom nails at least 4 weeks in advance.

Tell us your event date before payment; delivery by that date is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Changes, cancellations and remedies.

Changes to approved specifications after production begins may not be possible.

Custom orders are final sale under our voluntary Returns & Exchanges Policy once production begins, except for defective, incorrect, undelivered items or other rights required by law.
